• ICE CLIMBING itineraries to experience the adrenaline-fueled emotions of the ice climbing world

• immersion in local food and wine

• possibility to integrate the package with other sports or cultural activities and extra nights

Programme:

​

Day 1: meeting in Ceresole with GA, meeting and material check. Moving to the base of the cliff, and, depending on your level, technical lesson on ice climbing and exercises. It will also be possible to try the DRY / MIXED CLIMBING climb in the crag sector dedicated to DRY.

At the end of the day, snack will be offered at the "Il Pirata" bar.
Dinner and overnight at the "Le Fonti Minerali" refuge in Ceresole Reale.

Day 2: meeting in Ceresole with GA, meeting and material check. Displacement at the base of the cliff, and continuation of the exercises on ice / DRY.

At the end of the day, snack will be offered at the "Il Pirata" bar.

The package is fully customizable, in terms of days and activities. It is always possible to add extra days or climb a real waterfall at the end of the internship.
