Ferrata of Locana:
The Ferrata di Locana, also known as the Ferrata di San Lorenzo Piantonetto is a well equipped via ferrata which climbs up a granite slab in the Piantonetto valley in the province of Turin. The via ferrata is modern and impeccably equipped.
Cliff in Ceresole Reale:
Small crag in a magnificent place, mainly characterized by plaque, ideal for taking your first steps with free climbing and for trying the climb. Difficulty from 4b.
Canyoning in Orco Valley:
Rio Noaschetta Beautiful stream carved out of granite, very vertical with a dozen nice descents some very technical. Some possible dives from 4/5 m. on the first tub, and from 8/10 on the second. Jumps, slides and abseils immersed, as well as in water, in that naturally wild aura of the Orco Valley. Day 1:
meeting at Locana with GA, meeting and material check. Approach in drive to the via ferrata and start of the route. At the end, a Sinoira snack will be offered at KM 0 at the Santa Pulenta bar in Locana.
Dinner and overnight at the refuge Le Fonti Minerali di Ceresole.
Day 2:
meeting at Ceresole with GA, meeting and material check. Approach a walk to the crag and start climbing.
At the end a snack will be offered till KM 0 at the Sergent bar in Ceresole.
Dinner and overnight at the Le Fonti Minerali di Ceresole refuge.
Day 3:
Meeting at Locana with GA, meeting and material check. Approach in drive to the stream and start of descent.
At the end a snack will be offered sinoira a KM 0 at the Santa Pulenta bar in Locana.
